The Kingdom Method: Heal-Thy with God

Have you been thinking about what you're going to do in January for a Wellness Program? Try something new in 2018 at The Point! 

Fitness in Faith, using The Kingdom Method, is a 12-wk program that will include fitness classes 5 days/wk and Wellness Wednesday Nutrition class all right here at The Point!! 

The Kingdom Method, Heal-Thy with God, is a wellness program for anyone who simply wants to get fit or for those who have kept themselves embodied in guilt & shame and want a program designed to focus on God's plan on how to transform our physical bodies, "God's temple."  We will zero in on guidance from God to become our best spiritual, emotional and physical selves.

Each class will start & end in prayer. Christian music will be played during workouts! 

Fitness Classes are offered M-F, 6-7am
