Tai Chi for Healthy Aging | AARP

Get up and get moving with a healthy flow of tai chi! This class is led by tai chi-certified instructors and is sure to start your morning in a positive way.

This class is free of charge and open to the community as well as AARP members.  Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled.
